Wonderful

The hotel is perfect for a layover. The shuttle was on time and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, providing all the essentials. Room service was efficient (less than 30min). Recommendation: I was hoping to discover korean food through the room service but was disappointed in the end to mainly have western cuisine options. 감사합니다

The overall experience was great.

I liked the various facilities available in the site. The rooms are also beautiful and inviting. I love the welcome note gesture left on my bed and how friendly the staff are!

The bathroom unfortunately had the previous guest’s hair stuck in the shower cubicle. It’s not a problem for me but it might have been for others, especially when there was a note in the hotel room stating that, “the room has been cleaned to the highest hygienic condition (along those lines)”. Also, not a negative comment, just a suggestion, it might be beneficial to offer rental gears like shorts and T-shirts (or even sell them as NEST merchandise) in the fitness room. Great opportunity to increase brand image and sales! I wanted to use the fitness room badly as I have to train for my marathon in the next few weeks but unfortunately I didn’t bring any shorts with me. I was hoping I could buy it on site or rent one but I was told by the staff that they can’t help and that there is no place where I could buy shorts… I think even small suggestions like or the effort to help would have been great. Unfortunately I missed out on using the fitness room. Lastly, the Kunst lounge is very cozy! It would be great if the food menu came in sizes. I ordered the KFC with fries which was delicious but a nightmare to finish for one person. Clearly the portion was meant for sharing, but it’s also something individuals would like to order so maybe a size S and a L would create more market opportunities for the restaurant.

Nest Hotel has that luxury feel: encapsulated with a combination of great service and modernity.

Location: excellent, near the airport and in a quiet area of Yeong-jeong Island. Concierge service is available for your luggage. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and the amenities were well done. The room's refrigerator/bar was stocked with snacks, drinks, and other items, but they have printed instructions to allow you to see how much they will charge if you consume any of them. Welcome desk was excellent: the young man manning the desk was bilingual and guided me into check-in with fluent English. The décor functions as a modern hotel with sleek designs, grayish-beige hues, and the installation of large windows so one can look out in all directions of the island. There is a children's playroom available (which our son enjoyed), as well as a convenience store, gym, sauna, and a pool for use. We did not use this, but there is a shuttle service to Incheon International Airport from the hotel.

Due to its unique location on Yeong-jeong Island, we were not able to see too many restaurants to walk to, though there were some seafood restaurants around. The hotel's in-house restaurant is very over-priced, with buffet options, so we did not eat there.

Convenient layover stay

We booked the hotel as it was near the airport with free shuttle service as we had to catch an early flight back home the next day. We reached the hotel late at about 8pm from Myeong-dong. Check-in process was smooth and efficient. We got to our room within 15 minutes of arriving the hotel. Room was spacious enough, with seating areas in front of the tv.

When we arrived, there was no staff or bellboy at the lobby entrance to help with our luggages and bags as there usually would for hotels, we're not sure if it's because there is no available staff at night. Hence we had to lug up everything by ourselves to the room. We also had problem with the air-conditioning, we could not get it to work even after adjusting the temperature so the room felt a bit stuffy and warm. We were too tired to get help from the staff so we opened the balcony door a little to let the cool air in from outside.

Great for families, not so good for transit passengers.

Excellent buffet breakfast and nice views. The reception staff are very patient and helpful.

This is such a busy hotel that it feels very impersonal and rooms not very spacious. We did stay on a holiday weekend so check-in was very slow, and the pool was incredibly crowded.

the place is nice and the staff is great. facilities were excellent and the shuttle bus was exceptional. It was easy hopping in and out to explore the airports.

The maglev train was only running on “rush hour” periods so we didnt actually get to use it. Its a shame since we wanted to explore the other places. The pool as I understand is generally not included in the room price, so something to be mindful of. It isnt cheap either.. Breakfast was ok. Nothing spectacular, except the Abalone porridge.

Nice stay for couples but too pricey for what it is

The rooms were amazing. Very spacious with a great view and the beds are very comfortable. They have a nice tub in the room and you can access the sauna and gym for free.

I didn't like that you had to pay extra for everything as the stay is already expensive as it was (pool, chairs, very very pricy food...). When we arrived there at 3 pm our room wasn't ready so we had to wait almost an hour and there were too many kids overall in the hotel, as a teacher this wasn't ideal for me haha Also, there is only one general wifi for the entire hotel so the connection wasn't good in the room.

Lovely location for an airport stay.

The views from the room and restaurant were superb. The breakfast and buffet dinner were excellent and the staff were very attentive. Room was clean and very comfortable with a lovely bathroom. Very good free shuttle service to the airport.

Check in was slow and lots of people were waiting in the reception area to check in. There was a charge to use the swimming pool. Didn't like the concrete decor of the walls everywhere. It us a design hotel but I found the over use of concrete uninspiring.

I was in transit so did not enjoy pool. It looked lovely for families.

It was smooth easy clean and beautiful

Light switches in the room were completely confusing .. why not one msster switch to turn off all but bedside lights? The wc was ecologically mad!! Heated seat.. no simple flush. Much prefer simple thank you

A fun, relaxing, and refreshing stay and get away from my everyday, busy life.

The coziness of the room and hotel was so relaxing. The bed was incredibly comfortable and a vacation almost by itself. The facilities were beautiful and the location is isolated but lovely. Nest Hotel is a place you go to get away, relax, and enjoy, not just a hotel where you only sleep and shower.

I do think the pool and chair fees are a bit excessive. Since I am already paying for the hotel, I think the pool fees are too much.
